Return Policy
Returns merely require an email to KnowYourRules to
get you started.
Once you've read the policy below, please email us
by clicking here.
In the e-mail, please provide:

transaction ID
what is being returned
why you are returning the item(s) |

Additionally, if the return was a gift to you, please
state so in the email and provide your name, address,
and telephone number.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds
only for items purchased from KnowYourRules. We cannot
exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery,
are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will
be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may
return packaged software, for any reason, for a full
refund, as long as it remains unopened. (We'll
even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result
of our error.)
Returned software media must be in unopened condition
to receive a refund. Opened media may only be returned
if it is due to software media defect. You can request
an exchange for a like product only.
Due to our rapid order turnaround, you cannot cancel
unshipped items.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Once you have received a Return Authorization and Packing
Slip via email from us, print the Return Authorization
and Packing Slip and include it with the item(s) you
are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the
package to:
KnowYourRules, LLC.

If you do not have a Return Authorization, please do
not ship your products to the above address. Often times,
KnowYourRules did not sell the product, and therefore
we cannot process the return. Please request a Return
Autorization from us here.
Refunds
We will notify you via email of your refund once we
have received and processed the returned item. You can
expect a refund in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our
receiving your return. Please note that we can refund
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our
error.
